About this boat

Oh Jerusalem is set up as a full-time live aboard narrowboat and available with the option to take over her prized, fully transferable, residential mooring at Aquavista's flagship marina at Limehouse. She features a generously sized rear deck area and below, despite her diminutive dimensions, her interior is deceptively spacious. Thanks to her large windows, her open plan saloon and galley areas are wonderfully light and excellent storage is provided. The galley features a twin burner gas hob and microwave and an air fryer could easily be added. She has a fridge with freezer compartment and good work top space with an integrated sink and mixer tap. There is a brand new double sofa bed in the saloon which doubles as the owners bedroom and heating is provided by a solid fuel stove. Further forward, the bathroom has a cassette toilet, shower compartment and corner sink. In the bow of the boat is a an area currently used for storage but the owner prior to her present owner slept in this part of the boat thanks to a platform across the boat which will accommodate a single mattress. Beneath this platform is a great storage area and hatches with stained glass windows lead out onto the foredeck. The current owner is selling due to the need to relocate and sensible offers will be entertained.
