40ft Steel Motor Cruiser with Flybridge and Aft Cabin, built in 2000 by D& D Engineering who was based in Leeds, she is fitted with twin Ford Dorset 2700 Series 6 cylinder 150HP diesel engines on shaft drives, recently undergone Two pack epoxy system, being shot blasted then a Jotun Jotamastic 90 system applied and antifouled below the waterline. This very well presented Motor boat is 40ft x 12ft and capable of 5 berths in 3 cabins, the main cabin is situated under the flybridge in the aft cabin, composing of a large comfortable double bed and well fitted solid oak storage space at the stern, also a fully equipped en-suite with shower cubicle macerating toilet and basin. The Saloon has seating along the port side, that can be made into a single berth, then step up to the helm and feel the spacious, captain inspired helm seating, engineered for all day cruising. Descending just a few steps down from your commanding helm position you have a bright galley area, with solid oak custom cabinetry and Corian worksurfaces with maximizes every inch without feeling cramped, with a 3 burner electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, with a wet room to the starboard side housing a second macerating toilet, basin and shower head. The forward bedroom tucked in the bow has a V-berth seating and storage all-round, that also makes up into two single berths.
