1975 44ft Narrowboat, at 6ft 10'' , it is a much loved liveaboard with character, a charming and well-loved narrowboat, which has been a genuine home to its current lady owner since 2004. This version is a cruiser stern, built by Simolda, it is powered by a Lister SR2, which was serviced in 2025, "Gypsy Rose" was over plated in 2004, when the current owner purchased the boat, the boat has had a recent hull survey in April 2026, which states the steel work is still okay, which has also undergone two pack epoxy blacking. Water Gypsy is a very traditional cruiser stern narrowboat, having been lived aboard for over 20 years, this narrowboat has been looked after by the owner, at 44ft she offers a practical size for cruising the inland waterways with a homely living space, her long-term ownership is a real statement to the enjoyment and lifestyle she has provided over the years, under going many upgrades, she has been much loved home for many years with plenty of life left in her. The layout consist of a large cruiser stern deck area, entering the vessel you have a combined saloon & galley, housing a bubble diesel stove, double settee and cupboard housing the Victron electrical installation, the galley houses a twin burner gas hob, under counter fridge and stainless steel sink unit, Vanette gas oven/grill unit, you also have a newly installed Ferroli gas instant hot water heater, moving forward you have a separate heads on the starboard side housing a 3/4 hip bath with mixer tap with shower head, porcelain basin and cassette toilet, the forward cabin is the bedroom cooperating a 3/4 bed free standing wardrobe, also a small washing machine positioned at the end of the bed, with sliding door to access the front deck.
