Pterodactyl - River Cruiser

Cruiser
About this boat
Completely refurbished by her current owner, Pterodactyl is a turnkey, fully furnished houseboat, ready to move onboard immediately on her highly sought after, fully transferable, residential mooring at Aquavista's flagship London Marina at Limehouse. Originally built in 1978 by FP Wilds as a Broads Cruiser, she offers an extremely spacious bow deck area with built in seating and ample space for a folding table to enjoy al fresco dining with friends. Moving inside, her open plan saloon and kitchen offer generous space and huge amounts of built in storage. A super long skylight allows natural light to flood in and the area could easily accommodate a dinning table and chairs plus a separate desk for those working from home. For simplicity, Pterodactyl has been designed to operate solely on electricity. Heating is by electric oil filled radiators and the hot water system provided instant hot water. The new kitchen includes a fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob, microwave and air fryer. Her new bathroom has a shower, cassette toilet and wash basin with vanity unit and the master bedroom in the stern is accessed via a corridor along the starboard side. This very smart double bedroom features yet more fitted storage with further storage drawers beneath the bed. Pterodactyl has been configured as a floating home in Limehouse Marina and so her engine and steering are currently decommissioned but we understand could be reinstated. For those looking for a new home in this great part of the capital, Pterodactyl offers the chance to move in immediately and viewing is recommended to fully appreciate the quality of her interior and the amount of living space provided.
