Floreat is available to move onboard immediately with the option to take over her fully residential, transferable mooring at Aquavista's Poplar Marina, immediately next to bustling Canary Wharf with it's amazing and ever expanding selection of cafes. restaurants, bars, shops and events. Transport links from Poplar Marina are exceptional with the Elizabeth and Jubilee tube lines and the DLR train service all within easy walking distance. Secure bicycle storage is also included and optional car parking is available. Floreat has a spacious cruiser stern with new engine cover boards and ample outdoor space to accommodate a folding and several folding chairs. Going below gives immediate access to her spacious, light and comfortable saloon. Dividing the saloon from the galley is an L shaped sofa/dining area which could be easily adapted to convert into an additional double bed for guests. The galley is fully equipped and heating is provided by a diesel fuelled central heating system powering radiators throughout the boat and there is also a solid fuel stove in the saloon.
