Morning Mist 2 is a recently completed and commissioned 55ft semi-traditional narrowboat built by Stroud Innovations Ltd on a 2022 shell from ABC Boston. As the company’s flagship demonstrator, she showcases their contemporary design and well-executed craftsmanship. The popular REVERSE layout provides a bright open-plan galley featuring solid oak worktops and breakfast bar, space and plumbing for a washing machine, gas cooking and under-counter fridge. The saloon offers flexible seating and space for a stove. A full-width shower room incorporates a quadrant shower, cassette WC and vanity storage, while the forward bedroom has a fixed double bed and generous storage throughout. Designed for extended off-grid living, she has a neatly installed electrical system with Victron 3000VA inverter/70A charger, large lithium domestic battery and solar charging, plus shore power. Webasto diesel central heating provides warmth, with hot water via the engine, boiler and immersion.
