2024 Widebeam 60ft x 12.6ft "IVEY LOLA" This exceptional cruiser stern widebeam which was built in 2024 by The Bespoke Boat Company that won the Crick boat show in 2023-2024, this boat is ready to be sailed away today, this boat is highly spec'd, she is a reverse layout with 2 bedrooms, powered by a Barrus Shire 60Hp diesel engine, with only 500hrs. The layout consists of the very popular cruiser stern, with wrapped around cushioned seating and table, you have a hydraulic steering helm and a canvas canopy that folds down when required, to enter the boat you have large modern double PVC doors with a liftable hydraulic assisted hatch that operates on a electronic key fob locking system which is very secure. Walking into the boat from the stern deck you enter the well equipped U-shaped galley, with shaker styled reed green cabinets, with solid engineered Oak block worksurfaces with breakfast bar, duck hatch to the starboard side, and double bowl butler sink, you have a Miele 4 burner gas hob, Belling gas oven/grill, integrated large 60/40 Fridge/Freezer, Beko integrated dish washer and a 300mm wine chiller. The Saloon & Galley is open plan, the saloon has a large circular sky light to allow light into the saloon, you have a diesel stove fire place with solid Oak cupboards housing the wall mounted TV, the open plan saloon is ready for customers own settee to be chosen. There's a corridor to the starboard side with individual bedroom and bathroom located on the port side, first you have a bedroom with a single berth bed, with ample wardrobe and drawers. The bathroom has full size medium sized bath with over head fixed shower head with additional shower rail and mixer tap, you have a Vetus macerating toilet with holding tank, vanity sink unit and chrome towel radiator, the bathroom also houses a 9Kg Indesit washing machine and 8kg Indesit tumble dryer. The main bedroom located at the bow of the boat has a double bed which includes motorised TV lift cabinet built into the foot board of the bed, dressing table with extensive fitted storage integrated into every available space. To access the front deck you have a large PVC double doors with double glazed units with built in blinds this area also has a canvas collapsible canopy.
