27 foot narrowboat Poco

About this boat

Selling my liveaboard boat of 3 years. I do not have much information about its history. I believe it to be an ex-CRT workboat that has been converted into a living space. The good bits, since living on her, I have; * Replaced the batteries * Replaced the solar controller *Replaced the toilet *Replaced the steps *Changed the layout from two sofa beds to a permanent bed and small desk (the bed could be used as a sofa bed again) *Installed a switch to switch between shore power and solar. *Modified the solar panel to provide a small amount of wood storage *Moved the fuel tank to a more suitable location *The stove has just had a service *Installed a 3000w inverter The bad bits; *The two starboard windows have been sealed shut due to leaking, although one is leaking again *The collar for the stove needs either replacing (I have quotes for this) or repairing *There is only one cold water tap and no shower facilities *The bow doors need replacing due to weather-related damage This would ideally suit someone who could completely refurbish the boat. There is a lot of potential here, but I don't have the time, money or skills to do it. Propulsion comes from a 10hp Yamaha outboard.
